Parties or events are not permitted DJs, amplified music, and outdoor speakers are not allowed Quiet hours are strictly observed 👥 Occupancy & Visitors Maximum occupancy is 12 guests All guests and visitors must be included in the reservation For everyone’s safety and comfort, unregistered guests are not permitted 🚭 Smoke-Free Home For the comfort of all guests and to maintain the home, smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. 🎈 Decorations & Celebrations We’re happy to consider simple decorations with prior approval. Pool heat is designed to take the chill off the water and typically maintains 82–86°F depending on outdoor temperatures. This is comfortable for swimming but not hot-tub temperature.
