Spend your days at the beach, then come home to relax in your private heated pool, grill dinner, and watch the sunset with partial Gulf views from the balcony. 🏖️ The Space This spacious four-bedroom home offers plenty of room to spread out while still bringing everyone together. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for family meals, game nights, or relaxing after a day in the sun. Outside, you'll enjoy your own private backyard oasis featuring a heated pool, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, gas grill, and comfortable seating—everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Pool Heating is available for $50/day with advance notice. 👤 Booking Guest & Age Requirement To ensure responsible hosting, the primary booking guest must be 25 years or older and remain on the property for the duration of the stay. 🤝 Respectful Use & Noise Awareness This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, making it ideal for families and relaxing getaways. Parties or events are not permitted DJs, amplified music, and outdoor speakers are not allowed Quiet hours are strictly observed 👥 Occupancy & Visitors Maximum occupancy is 12 guests All guests and visitors must be included in the reservation For everyone’s safety and comfort, unregistered guests are not permitted 🚭 Smoke-Free Home For the comfort of all guests and to maintain the home, smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. 🎈 Decorations & Celebrations We’re happy to consider simple decorations with prior approval. To protect the home, please avoid: Tape, nails, tacks, staples Glitter or confetti Balloons and removable décor may be approved on a case-by-case basis—just ask! 🔐 Security & Verification A security deposit or damage waiver may be required through the booking platform Guests may be asked to provide photo ID for booking verification Exterior security cameras are present at the front and rear entrances and on the pool equipment. No cameras are located inside the home. 🌡 Pool & Amenities Pool heat is available for $50/day and must be requested 48 hours before arrival so the pool can reach temperature. Heating fees will be requested through Airbnb after booking if selected. Availability may depend on weather conditions. Pool heat is designed to take the chill off the water and typically maintains 82–86°F depending on outdoor temperatures. This is comfortable for swimming but not hot-tub temperature. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. 🧻 Starter Supplies We provide a starter supply of essentials for your arrival: Toilet paper Paper towels Trash bags Soap For longer stays, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed. 🏘 Neighborhood Courtesy This home is part of a peaceful residential community. Local noise ordinances and occupancy guidelines apply, and we appreciate your help in being respectful neighbors.

🔥 Pool Heating (Optional) Available for $50/day with advance notice. The pool is typically maintained around 82–86°F depending on weather—comfortable for swimming year-round. NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the property may result in a $500 smoking violation fee, plus any additional documented cleaning or odor-remediation costs. GRILL CLEANING: A propane grill is provided for guest use. Please clean the grill after each use and leave it in reasonably clean condition for the next guest. Excessive grease, food buildup, or failure to clean the grill may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
